TURNAROUND TIME

Processing times are 1-7 business days plus 3-5 business day shipping time. If your order is time sensitive please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can verify shipping times and RUSH ORDER charges.

SIZING DETAILS

Shirts are based on Unisex Sizing unless otherwise noted in the items description. Please review the size chart on the listing photos in every listing for a detailed sizing chart with measurements.

*If you have a question regarding sizing, please check our sizing chart that is on all of our listing photos and if you still have any questions, please contact us before ordering. Since all shirts are made to order, sizing issues will not be refunded.

MESSAGE RESPONSE TIMES

We respond within 24 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays may vary for response time. If you don't hear back from us, please resend the message as we sometimes miss some messages due to spam messages that come to our inbox.

RETURNED PACKAGES

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to me, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

DAMAGE/DEFECTS

Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging me immediately about any defects that may appear on the t- shirt. I will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For the best and lasting results: Turn inside out. Machine wash on cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly onto design. Cool iron if necessary, using a buffer to protect the design, such as a pillow case.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

We may grant exchanges/refunds depending on the situation, we only allow 72 HOURS for an exchange/refund after 72 hours have passed we have no way to guarantee the items were not used. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

BRANDS

We use NextLevel, Bella Canvas and District for most of our Adult and Youth t-shirts. We use Gildan and Port & Company for the sweatshirts, we will occasionally use other similar brands which are the same quality and size if anything is temporarily sold out. Our Toddler and Baby t-shirts and bodysuits are Rabbit Skins, they are both the same quality and sizing. Please note that there might be very slight differences in color/material depending on the brand.
